We will evaluate the request based on the conditions described in this Refund Policy.

If the request is approved, we will process the refund to the original form of payment within 3 business days.

The refund will be made to the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Returned products must be in their original packaging and in proper condition.

Refund made after receiving the product.

Products returned by post offices, refund made when receiving the products in person.

Once the package is refused or the fees are not paid, it will be sent to the country of origin.

Contact us to resend upon payment of a new shipping fee.
